How do I register an award
 

One of my plants received a CCM at the recent PROS show in San Juan Puerto Rico. I was told I have to do some paperwork to register the award. What do I have to do?

AFAIK there's nothing you have to do. The award is given to you. If you've owned the plant for over 6 mos you qualify. If the plant's name needs to be registered you have to do that (see the RHS orchids registrar for the application, fee about $16.50)

Eventually the AOS will send you the paperwork to pay for the award. You pay the fee and voila.

Ricardo, the award you received was a CCM or a Certificate of Cultural Merit on the Coel parishii. This is given to the owner ( you ) for growing it so well ( you told me you have a bigger one at home! ) so when the AOS receives all the paperwork from the show ( via José ) the only thing you will receive is an invoice from the AOS for $36 ( if you are a member of the AOS ) or of $60 ( if you are not ) to cover the processing and publishing of the award on AQ Plus ( the award program ).
Since it is a species, you do not have to register anything. Just sit tight until you receive the invoice.....then pay promptly....lol
