Awards Quarterly?

This is probably a dumb question, but is Awards Quarterly still published as a magazine? I am interested in finding out more information about orchid judging, and a local judge suggested I look at Awards Quarterly. Is it now AQ Plus and only published electronically? Or is it actually a magazine to which I can subscribe?
