Hi Beverly,
I am not sure why you had that trouble. I just now am revisiting this site and getting your message. The newsletter was working and I just updated it to the new Feb. newsletter. Sorry you had trouble. Please do let me know if you have trouble again. I made some recent changes to the entire OSO website in Jan and that could have been the issue.
