I just finished constructing my greenhouse using 5/8" triple wall polycarbonate. I have manufacturers data on the insulating properties of various multi-wall polycarbonate if anyone is still interested.
I live in Southern California and 5/8" triple wall is more insulation than I really needed for reasonable heating cost. I choose the 5/8" triple-wall over less expensive, thinner double wall because I wanted the structural strength of the 5/8" triple-wall to support 4ft.X4ft. spans of the polycarbonate.
