Question Controlling temp differential for Phals & Catts in same household room

I plan to set aside space in a spare bedroom (windows with eastern and southern exposures) in order to grow both Phals and Catts in a home that will be built in Scottsdale, Arizona. I understand the options for how to control light and humidity, but I am not clear on how to control the temperature differential each orchid type needs to produce flowers given that they will reside in the same physical space.

Grateful for any help. Home is in the planning stages so all options are open.
