Thumbs up OSO February 2010 Newsletter

Hello from Arkansas and the Orchid Society of the Ozarks. I am the current past president of the society and webmaster. I would like to invite you to visit us this month on Feb 28, 2010 for a discussion and slide presentation of 'Orchids In Situ".

A 50-year obsession with orchids! Our own OSO member, Olin Karch will present photographs of orchids in situ that he has encountered in the US, Mexico, Belize and Guatemala, and along the Amazon and in the Andes in Peru.

Here is a link to the current newsletter. February 2010 Newsletter

Warm Regards,
Bruce

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

Beautiful news letter. I found the water article helpful. I had been interested in the zero water system after seeing the TV commercial. Great photos of your members and orchids. Thanks for sharing Bruce. Do you share this on your forum site because I haven't seen it there.

that's a very nicely done newsletter. Very informative and nicely laid out, with beautiful pictures. May I use the Zero water article in my own newsletter (for DCOS)?

Matt

I very much enjoyed your newsletter. May I use your article on water in my next months newsletter for the South Central Washington Orchid Society? Thanks, Betty

Hi Matt, sorry for the late response. I was traveling out of the country on a study abroad trip to India.

YES, please use the article and give credit to the author and the Orchid Society of the Ozarks www.oso-web.org.

Thanks all for the nice response.

Cheers,
Bruce
