Default Dendrobium secundum plant and seed pods

My plant of Dendrobium secundum has been producing one or two inflorescences at a time since the start of the year but it was in early April that it produced a good number of inflorescences at the same time. Another plant produced seed pods. None of my plants had ever produced a seed pod before. My plants were separated, one was in my mother's house in the coastal lowlands and the other was with me in the central mountain range of the island. I brought the plant that was in the mountains down to the coast and put it next to the one that was in full bloom. And before you could say birds and the bees the plant from the mountains was pregnant!! I expect to observe the process of seed pod development and seed dispersal on this species.

Ricardo, isn't this one sometimes referred to as the 'toothbrush' orchid?

OH, how I wish I lived in your climactic zone, Ricardo! But then again, if I did, it is safe to say I would definitely be a poor man... LOL... I'd spend all my time and money on growing these beauties
