Default Please Help Me :)

I came to this site specifically because I need help with one of my orchids.

I got it two years ago (just repotted it last night. I know, scold me at will LOL). I got this little orchid as a gifl from my husband when my daugther was born.

It was purchased in a grocery store so I don't think it is so exotic, however I have tried to no avail to find out what kind it is.

I don't have pics of it in bloom. But the plant is small, the leaves are only about 7 inches long, if that. When it blooms the flowers are in clusters on thin stems. They are very pale pink (nearly white) and have a yellow center. It also smells wonderful! The scent is light, however in the evening it gives off enough scent that I can smell it all over my house.

It was terribly root bound in this original pot. I feel so bad I didn't repot it sooner and I really would love some information on its species and proper care. I don't even know if the bark i potted it in is appropriate.
