Question Mystery Dendrobium sp

When I brought this Dendrobium a number of years ago it was labeled Dendrobium primulinum var. Leon. However I have not been able to find more information on this plant. This Dendrobium has several unique characteristics that I haven't seen in any of my other Dendrobiums of the Dendrobium section. A particularly mistifying characteristic of this plant is the wild variability in flower size, as shown in the photo. Also flowers show subtle variations in lip color, some lips having a purple outline in the leading edge of the lip. Although this plant was labeled primulinum when it was sold to me it doesn't resemble other primulinum I have ever seen, althought I have jet to see a good picture of assamicum. The youngest leaves are sometimes edged in reddish purple when grown in full sun, something I have not seen in my other plants. Can anyone here give me some further information on this plant?
