Default Trichoderma harzianum, a great fungicide

Trichoderma harzianum is a fungus that acts as a natural fungicide. It colonizes plant root where produce an antogonistic activity against several pathogenic fungus by sveral mechanism. It also enhance the root system of the plant. I have been using it in my orchids by foliar aplication and root application since 9 week ago with weekly applications. I have around 1000 plant in an open green house (tropical country)In this season (rain season) fungus are very prolific in my area, specially phytium. Others fungus that I have been dealing with are fusarium, rhizoctonia, antracnosis and botritis. I have to say that the change in my plants is notorious and I am very very happy with this, for my plant and for me because I do not have to use any more chemical pesticide wich are dangerous to my health.
In my country it is sell in envelopes that I mix in 200 lit of water plus plant food and sugar. The fungus likes sugar to establish, I use treacle, 50cc in the mix above.
I found that this biocontrol by Trichoderma Harzianum is a power preventive fungicide, is good for our plants, is safe for us and is safe for the enviroment.
It does work in ephyfite orchid but have to be used weekly because the best results have been in soil.
Because of my experience with TH I invite people to read about Trichoderma harzianum and to use it if you have problems with pathogenic plant fungus.
Orchids needs friendly fungus to live
