Default What's the name please?

The plant tag is ERIA brachystachys which I can not find in a Google search.

I can find Luisia brachystachys Blume 1849 on the orchid species web site http://www.orchidspecies.com/indexjkl.htm#sec9

However, the photo on the web site is of a flower with color. however the flower on my plant is white with a 'collar' of 5 quite intense yellow petal-like growths, so is mine an alba variety?

Hopefully the photos attached show the plant stands 15" off the top of the pot, the terete like leaves are 3-4" long. Each flower grows from a leaf axial. The white flower and the yellow petal-like growths have a crystaline sheen.

I'd certainly appreciate any assitance with giving this plant it's rightful name.
