Types of Alcohol

Where I live in Mexico, all alcohol sold in pharmacies says "denatured alcohol", and the labels say nothing about isopropyl alcohol. I have now run out of isopropyl alcohol which I brought from the United States.

Is it alright to use "denatured alcohol not specifically lableled isopropyl" for various orchid insect problems ?
