It would be nice to have a forum category for orchid events. For example..

There are three upcoming annual orchid auctions...

19 May - Newport Harbor Orchid Society

21 May - San Gabriel Valley Orchid Hobbyists

13 June - Orchid Society of Southern California (Burbank)

You can use the calendar feature. They will show up in the calendar as well as Up Coming Events list on the forum list.
