Hello from Illinois

Hi,
I'm Jill from the suburbs of Chicago. I started growing Phal's and Phap's a little over a year ago. I grow my plants under lights. I grow under T5 bulb's 48 in. 4 bulbs's. I 've so far had good luck, and my Phal's have bloomed already this year. My paph bloomed once, and is going on it's 2nd flower. I also have 5 oncidium, which i tried to revert over to hydroponics and they didn't do too well so I have repotted back in bark.
I also grow African Violets, and have over 80 rose bushes in my yard. I am so looking forward to this forum.
I attended the AOS spring fling here in Chicago yesterday, and was so astonished at all over the lovely plants and the super friendly growers. We are very lucky to have several big growers nearby, Hausermanns and Oak Hill.
