Default Brassia Datacosa, a spider orchid

This plant was given to me as a small two pseudobulb division. I cared for it careful but the plant didn't bloom when it had four pseudobulbs as I expected it would. In fact it spent several years just getting bigger apparently uninterested in blooming. So I decided to do what I usually do to reluctant bloomers and I moved it to more sun. It did then produce two small inflorescences. Last year it produced four inflorescences all to the same side of the plant. So this year I decided to move it to a place where it would get even more sun. As a result the plant has produced seven inflorescences (only six are visible in the photo), unfortunately they are pointing every which way. I expect that next year it will produce even more inflorescences but I will try to guide them so that they are better presented.

Nicely done, Ricardo. I have also coaxed many a reluctant bloomer with much more light than I thought they could take.
