Pseudobulbs turn yelowish brown

Need HELP!!!

I have an oncidium species that has green leaves and has been growing steadly since it last bloomed about 4 month ago. I recently noted that some of the pseudobulbs are turning yellow brown and bending over and eventually braking.

I must say -to complete the history and physical- that I recently battled agains black rot and lost one plant, although, this particular plant I am alluding to, never showed black spots anywhere.

Any suggestions?
