This cute little hybrid is capable of quite a show due to its capacity to produce large numbers of flowers. But flowering is very sensitive to the quality of light this plant gets. Shady conditions will produce few flowers scattered along the cane. It needs esposure to full sun for at least a few hours to do its best. The flowers change color as they mature, when they open the color is the one show in the lower photo. In the single flower photo you see the color the flower develops after it is several days old. Unfortunately it has no fragrance that I can detect and seems specially vulnerable to snails. Snails that will ignore the leaves of either parental species seem to love to feast on this one.
